What an amazing campaign
Advance Care Plan Day 2025 is the UK’s national day of Advance Care Planning awareness and action. It is focused on highlighting the importance of advance and future care planning and to empower society to make plans about their health and social care.
Many of you wonderful people hosted your own events. Others attended the national conference in Norfolk and others had ‘watch parties’ from the conference’s live stream.
The day was also a melting pot of ideas and sharing experiences by care professionals. Sharing is caring and the incredible speakers from across the UK and beyond contributed their time and expertise in a variety of different ways.
Looking ahead to 2026
The UK’s National Advance Care Planning Day will return once again and build upon the last two years. We cannot wait to kick this all off again soon. As always, ahead of the day awareness and engagement will take place. On the day itself the national conference will return and events and awareness campaigns across the UK will take place.
