National Advance Care Planning Day Conference 2026
The National Advance Care Planning Conference 2026 will take place on the 1st July, 2026 in Norfolk.
The conference is free to attend both in-person or virtually.

Expect more of the same… An amazing day full of inspiring and thought leading speakers.
A number of leading professors, professionals and those with lived experience will be gracing the stage and talking about all things, Advance Care Planning.
This year’s theme will focus on Advance Care Planning for people and communities who are often disenfranchised and disempowered. We expect another sell out (especially with Glastonbury Festival taking a break this year)….

Learning & Sharing

Improved practice
The sharing of ideas, best practice and new ways of working can improve the levels of care provided.
This might involve attendees changing ways in which they support communities, adapting internal polices, teaching others and developing new forms of service delivery.
Making connections
This is a friendly and inclusive conference. Those who attend in person are able to connect with other professionals with a shared passion for all things Advance Care Planning.
For those who arrive the night before, you are welcome to join us along with the invited speakers for a relaxed evening of food and drinks. This is a very informal gathering within The University of East Anglia’s Student Union.
Exhibition area
The exhibition area will return and space in available both downstairs and upstairs.
Charities are welcome to have an exhibition space for free.
For profit organisations need to pay a small fee (£150) to exhibit and showcase their work.
