We are delighted to announce that GSF have partnered with ACP Day 2025.
The Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Charity has been training and accrediting care professionals to deliver ‘gold standard’ care to people in the last year(s) of life for over 25 years. We believe everyone deserves gold standard care, no matter who they are, what’s wrong with them or where they are being cared for. Understanding and documenting goals and wishes for the last years of life are essential to achieving gold standard care, so Advance Care Planning is a key component of the GSF programmes. We are proud to partner with Advance Care Planning Day 2025 and to share our tools and resources to support Advance Care Planning.
